Welcome to an unforgettable Balinese culinary experience with Bali Tours Geni. Our cooking classes are designed to take you deep into the heart of Balinese culture and cuisine. Under the guidance of our expert chefs, you will not only learn traditional cooking techniques but also discover the meaning and history behind each dish.
Your journey begins at a lively local food market, where you will explore the vibrant colors and fragrances of Bali’s unique ingredients. From fresh organic vegetables to exotic spices, you will see how locally sourced products play an essential role in creating the authentic flavors of Balinese cuisine.
After the market tour, you will step into a Balinese home compound, where our chefs will guide you through hands-on preparation of authentic dishes. This cultural setting makes the experience even more memorable, as you learn not just the recipes, but also the traditions that surround Balinese cooking.
During the class, you will be introduced to at least eight different dishes including the famous Balinese sauces and sambals. You will also learn how to create five traditional desserts, giving you a complete taste of the island’s rich culinary heritage.
